We have 10 A/C units at our building including 3 older large mechanical units and we have had issues – units breaking down and not cooling the space. Arctic Cool was referred to us by a Real Estate Company that manages commercial and residential property – they know who to call. Their maintenance program keeps the breakdowns to a minimum – they do good work at a fair price – exactly what we need.
