I had another company out to look at the system and they told me that they would not be able to fix it; they said I would have to replace the A/C system. After sending out a quick prayer that my system could still be fixed, I decided to get another opinion and so I called Arctic Cool. I have to say that I was very impressed by your technician. He was courteous and respectful, listened to what I had to say, and was determined to see if he could resolve my problem without having to replace the unit. I even nicknamed him “The Doctor” because I was so impressed by how he took the time to really thoughtfully think through the situation to find his diagnosis. Needless to say, he got my A/C system working without having to replace it! I just wanted to let you know that I will be calling your company for any A/C problems I have in the future. Thank you!
